The WaveTrend MTF DP Div v5.0 PRO indicator provides a comprehensive market analysis environment by combining multi-timeframe momentum tracking, three distinct divergence detection engines, and an automated action system. It aims to identify high-probability reversal points and trend continuations by integrating dynamic volatility-based periods with advanced price and time mathematics like Gann and Fibonacci.

Usage

The Usage section focuses on the integration of the oscillator panel and the price action signals provided on the chart.

  • Oscillator Interpretation: The system uses two main lines: WT1 (Fast Signal) and WT2 (Slow Confirmation). Crossovers in extreme zones (above +60 or below -60) signal potential momentum shifts.
  • Action Engine (Chart Signals):
    • Green Dashed Line (Bullish MSS): Represents a resistance level formed after positive divergence. A breakout above this line triggers a Rocket icon, confirming a bullish trend shift.
    • Red Dashed Line (Bearish MSS): Represents a support level formed after negative divergence. A breakdown below this line triggers a Blood Drop icon, confirming a bearish trend shift.
    • Yellow Dashed Line (Short Squeeze): Appears when price breaks a bearish divergence peak, signaling a potential rapid rally.
  • Multi-Timeframe (MTF) Table: This dashboard tracks four different timeframes simultaneously. Users can look for "JACKPOT DİP" or "TUM TF YUKARI" status messages to find confluence across multiple horizons without switching charts.

Details

This script features a Dynamic Period (ATR-Based) mode. Unlike static oscillators, it adjusts its calculation length based on market volatility: it narrows the period during quiet markets to catch early moves and widens it during chaotic volatility to filter out "noise" and fake signals.

The Divergence Engines offer three distinct calculation methodologies:

  • Smart (Hybrid): Uses volatility filters to eliminate false peaks; recommended for general use.
  • Fast (V-Turn): Modeled after ChartPrime logic for near-zero lag, ideal for scalping.
  • Standard: Uses classic pivot-based logic for confirmed, though slightly delayed, signals.

The script also incorporates Price and Time Motors. The Time Motor tracks Fibonacci cycles (13, 21, 34, etc.) to warn of trend exhaustion based on candle counts. The Gann Square of Nine motor calculates mathematical price magnets that act as invisible support and resistance levels.

Settings

Calculation Parameters

  • Calculation Mode: Toggle between "Manual" (fixed periods) and "Automatic" (ATR-dynamic periods).
  • Channel Length (N1): Sets the EMA period for the momentum channel width.
  • Average Length (N2): Sets the EMA period for the WT1 signal calculation.

Smart Filters (Kalkan)

  • Trend Filter: When active, the indicator only displays signals that align with the major trend (calculated via a selectable EMA/SMA/HMA).
  • Volatility (Elasticity) Sensor: Filters signals to only show those where price has significantly deviated from the mean, targeting "mean reversion" opportunities.

Divergence Settings

  • Divergence Engine: Choose between Smart, Fast, or Standard detection logic.
  • Price Source: Determine if the engine looks at High/Low wicks, Close prices, or an "Auto" mode that switches based on ATR to avoid "liquidity hunt" wicks.
  • Pivot Lookback: Adjusts how many bars to the left and right are required to confirm a swing high or low.

MTF Table

  • Dashboard Position: Adjusts the location of the multi-timeframe radar on the chart.
  • Timeframes: Users can specify which four timeframes to monitor for momentum confluence.

FAQ

How do I interpret the Rocket and Blood Drop icons? The Rocket indicates a bullish breakout of a Market Structure Shift (MSS) line following positive divergence. The Blood Drop indicates a bearish breakdown of a support line following negative divergence.

What is the "Fibonacci Time" warning? This alert appears when the current trend reaches a specific candle count (e.g., 55 or 89 bars) corresponding to Fibonacci sequences, suggesting a reversal might occur regardless of price action.
