SCALP AI
Jun 7, 2026

The SCALP AI indicator provides an integrated suite of trading tools and an AI-driven scoring system designed for real-time market analysis and scalping opportunities. By combining multi-timeframe alignment, automated supply and demand detection, and trend filtering, the script offers a comprehensive dashboard to help traders identify high-probability "A+ setups" while tracking key market sessions and price levels.
Usage
The Usage section describes how the script can be used to interpret market conditions and execute trades.
AI Scoring & Dashboard
The primary feature is the configurable dashboard that outputs an AI-calculated score from 0 to 100. This score is derived from technical factors including EMA trend (20/200), RSI momentum, relative volume, VWAP position, and ADX strength.
- A+ SETUP (Score >= 80): Indicates strong confluence across all primary indicators.
- STRONG SETUP (Score >= 60): Suggests a favorable trend with most filters aligned.
- NO TRADE (Score < 40): Indicates a lack of momentum or conflicting signals.
Supply & Demand Zones
The script automatically identifies and ranks Supply and Demand zones based on swing points.
- Zone Strength: Higher-ranked zones are visualized with strength meters.
- Mitigation: The system tracks "broken" zones; once price closes through a zone (with an ATR-based buffer), the zone is marked as mitigated or removed to ensure only relevant liquidity areas are displayed.
Session & Level Tracking
Users can monitor specific trading windows (NY, London, Asia, US Pre-market) through visual markers and a dedicated session table. Additionally, the tool plots Daily Open, High of Day (HOD), and Low of Day (LOD) as extendable lines, providing critical intraday support and resistance context.
Details
The script utilizes a proprietary scoring mechanism that weights different technical components. Trend analysis contributes significantly (up to 30 points), while multi-timeframe (MTF) alignment adds up to 10 points based on trend consistency across 1m, 2m, 3m, 5m, 10m, and 15m intervals.
The Supply & Demand engine uses complex array structures to manage active zones. It calculates zone width based on ATR to adapt to market volatility and uses a pivot detection algorithm to identify swing highs and lows. The indicator leverages request.security to fetch multi-timeframe data, ensuring that the scalping logic remains informed by broader market context.

FAQ
How is the AI Score calculated? The score is a weighted sum of trend (EMA), momentum (RSI), volume (MA), price relative to VWAP, trend strength (ADX), and multi-timeframe alignment.
What causes a Supply or Demand zone to disappear? Zones are removed or marked as "broken" when the price closes beyond the zone boundary plus a specified ATR-based buffer.
How do I access the SCALP AI tool? You can get access on the LuxAlgo Library for charting platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and NinjaTrader for free.
