The Renko PulseFlow Elite indicator provides a comprehensive visual trade map that combines Renko-style trend-flip entries with structured exit logic, multi-timeframe context, and adaptive risk management zones. It aims to filter market noise by focusing on price action transitions while maintaining trend alignment through various exponential moving average (EMA) structures.

Usage

The Usage section describes how the script can be used to identify trend reversals and manage open positions. Users can select between different entry modes and filtering layers to match their specific trading style.

Entry Logic

The core signals are based on Renko trend flips:

  • RB (Renko Buy): Triggered when a bullish Renko transition occurs.
  • RS (Renko Sell): Triggered when a bearish Renko transition occurs.
  • Re-entries: Optional secondary prompts (RE) appear after the initial main signal to identify trend continuation opportunities.

Trend Filtering

Entries can be refined using the "Trend Strength Needed For Entry" setting. This allows users to require specific EMA stacks (e.g., 9 > 21 > 30) before a signal is printed. A "Hard EMA 200" filter is also available to ensure trades only occur in the direction of the long-term trend (buys above, sells below).

Exit and Safety Mechanisms

The tool provides two primary exit types:

  • TMO Exits: Uses momentum-based overbought/oversold conditions to signal potential reversals.
  • EMA Safety Exits: Triggers an early warning if price closes through a user-defined fallback EMA (default 21), signaling a break in trend structure.

Details

The script integrates several technical concepts to create a unified trading environment:

  • Renko Integration: It calculates Renko brick transitions based on either ATR or Traditional methods, allowing users to see trend flips on standard candle charts.
  • Adaptive Risk/Target Box: When a signal occurs, the tool automatically draws a risk box. The Target Profit (TP) levels (TP1–TP4) auto-scale their percentage targets based on the current chart timeframe (e.g., targets are wider on Weekly charts than on 5-minute charts).
  • Insight Panel: A comprehensive dashboard displays multi-timeframe trend alignment, RSI status, volume relative to standard deviations, and ADX strength.
  • Gate Status: The "Gate" row in the panel provides diagnostic feedback, explaining why a signal might be filtered out (e.g., ADX too low or trend misalignment).

Settings

Visuals

  • Show EMA Trend Zones: Toggles the background coloring for EMA-based trend corridors.
  • Signal Label Distance: Adjusts the vertical offset of Buy/Sell labels using an ATR multiplier.
  • Colour Exit/Doji/Re-entry Candles: Optional candle coloring to highlight specific price action states.

Signals & Filters

  • Trade Direction To Show: Limits signals to Buy Only, Sell Only, or Both.
  • Trend Strength Needed For Entry: Selects the required EMA stack (e.g., 9>21>30>55>100>200) for valid signals.
  • Avoid Weak/Flat Markets With ADX: When enabled, prevents entries during low-volatility periods based on a minimum ADX threshold.

Risk / Target Box

  • Stop Loss Mode: Choose between Signal Candle high/low, Recent Swing, Recent Doji, or a fixed Risk/Reward ratio.
  • Auto-Scale TP % By Chart Timeframe: Dynamically adjusts profit targets based on the timeframe to ensure realistic expectations for scalping vs. swing trading.

FAQ

How do I interpret the "Gate" status in the panel? The Gate row lists specific conditions required for an entry. If a signal is missing, the Gate will show what criteria failed, such as "No Renko Flip," "ADX Low," or "Trend Filter Not Aligned."

Can I use this on any timeframe? Yes, the indicator is designed to be adaptive. It includes auto-scaling profit targets and multi-timeframe trend analysis to provide context regardless of whether you are trading 1-minute or Daily charts.
