Vela™ core is free forever. One paid seat covers Vela™ Pro, the PineTS commercial license, and the LuxAlgo Library commercial license. Published pricing, standard terms, checkout in minutes.

- Open source: $0 forever. Vela™ charting library (Apache-2.0, any use including closed-source commercial; official builds carry a small LuxAlgo attribution), PineTS engine (AGPL-3.0, free if your stack is open source), LuxAlgo Library under its published non-commercial terms, community support.
- Developer License: $1,199 per developer per year, self-serve for companies under $500k annual revenue (self-certified at checkout, no mid-term clawback). Vela™ Pro (footprint and TPO charts, orderflow suite, built-in Pine Script® editor, watermark-free builds), PineTS commercial license (closed-source, in-chart or headless, no copyleft), LuxAlgo Library commercial license, royalty-free distribution with no per-end-user fees, priority support. A seat is per developer writing code against the APIs; end users never need one. There is no engine-only license.
- Business License: $20,000 per year flat, self-serve by card or Stripe invoice (ACH, wire, PO number, net-30). Everything in Developer License, unlimited developers, white-label and OEM redistribution rights, Business support tier (one-business-day first response). For companies above $500k revenue with fewer than 100,000 end users and under $25M annual revenue. Custom legal review from +$10k.
- Enterprise: brokers, exchanges, prop firms, regulated firms, platforms with 100,000+ end users or $25M+ revenue, or procurement that needs its own MSA, a DPA, a written SLA, or a security review.
