Scalping Trading System ALERT Crypto and Stocks
Nov 12, 2021

The Scalping Trading System ALERT Crypto and Stocks tool is a comprehensive multi-indicator signal generator designed to identify high-probability scalp entries by combining trend, volatility, and momentum filters.
Usage
The indicator generates buy and sell signals based on a confluence of five technical components. It is primarily used for identifying short-term trend-following entries where price is currently mean-reverting within a specific volatility range.
Long Conditions:
- Price must be above both the SMA (25) and EMA (200).
- Price must be contained within the upper and lower Keltner Channels.
- The MACD Histogram must be negative (indicating a potential bullish reversal).
- The Stochastic %K must be below 50.
Short Conditions:
- Price must be below both the SMA (25) and EMA (200).
- Price must be contained within the upper and lower Keltner Channels.
- The MACD Histogram must be positive (indicating a potential bearish reversal).
- The Stochastic %K must be above 50.
The script includes built-in alert conditions for both "Long" and "Short" entries, making it suitable for real-time monitoring of crypto and equity markets.
Details
The system operates on the principle of "buying the dip" in a macro uptrend and "selling the rip" in a macro downtrend. By requiring price to be above a 200 EMA while the MACD is negative and Stochastic is low, the script attempts to find local exhaustion points within a broader bullish trend. The inclusion of Keltner Channels acts as a volatility filter, ensuring the price has not extended too far beyond normal deviations before an entry is signaled.
