Signal Identification

Users should look for "Long" or "Short" labels on the chart. A signal is only generated when the composite confluence score (0–10) exceeds the user-defined threshold. The indicator calculates this score by checking:

• EMA Alignment: Fast/Slow EMA crossovers and price relative to the Macro Trend EMA.
• Momentum: RSI values (ensuring price is not overbought/oversold) and MACD histogram direction.
• Institutional Value: Price position relative to the VWAP.
• Volume & Trend: Participation via Volume SMA and trend strength through ADX/DI.

Risk Management

Once a signal appears, the tool automatically plots entry, stop loss (SL), and three take-profit (TP) levels.

• Automatic Stop Placement: The script identifies recent swing highs or lows to set structural stops, providing better protection than simple fixed-pip stops.
• Trailing System: As the price hits TP1, the SL moves to breakeven. Upon hitting TP2, the SL moves to the TP1 level, locking in gains while allowing a "runner" portion of the trade to continue.

• Conservative: Requires a higher confluence score (7/10) for more reliable setups.
• Scalping: Optimized for 1M–5M timeframes with tighter stops and lower confluence requirements.
• Aggressive: Triggers with fewer confirming factors (3/10) for faster entries in volatile markets.

The scoring engine evaluates 10 independent market dimensions. Each factor contributes to a total score:

• HTF Bias (1.5 pts): Uses a higher timeframe EMA to ensure the trade aligns with the macro trend.
• Standard Factors (1.0 pt): EMA Cross, MACD direction, Volume confirmation, and VWAP position.
• Minor Confirmation (0.5 pts): Price closing specifically above the Fast EMA.

The tool incorporates a Volatility Regime detection feature (ATR/SMA ratio). If volatility is significantly above average, the indicator can be set to either skip signals or automatically widen the ATR-based stop loss to prevent being stopped out by market noise. To ensure reliability, all calculations are performed on confirmed bars to prevent repainting.
