The ICT Sweep + FVG Entry (v6) • Pro Pack indicator is a comprehensive toolkit designed to automate the identification of institutional price action setups. It streamlines the detection of liquidity sweeps and Fair Value Gaps (FVGs) to help traders find high-probability entry points while maintaining a clean and objective charting environment.

Usage

The script is primarily used for identifying intraday reversals and trend continuations based on ICT principles. Traders can utilize the indicator to automate the following workflow:

  1. Liquidity Identification: The indicator automatically identifies High Timeframe (HTF) liquidity pools from 5m or 15m charts. These are displayed as horizontal lines or zones.
  2. Sweep Confirmation: It monitors for price "sweeping" these pools—where price moves beyond the level and quickly rejects.
  3. Entry Execution: Once a sweep occurs, the script looks for a Fair Value Gap (FVG) in the direction of the rejection. You can configure entries to trigger at the FVG boundary or the 50% midline (Consequent Encroachment).
  4. Killzone Alignment: The script highlights New York AM and PM Killzones. To increase the strike rate, users can enable a filter that blocks all signals occurring outside these specific time windows.
  5. SMT Divergence: The SMT Assist feature compares the current ticker with another (e.g., NQ vs. ES) to find divergences, providing additional confluence for the setup.

Details

The indicator calculates liquidity pools based on pivot highs and lows from a user-defined higher timeframe. The "Grade-A Sweep" filter is a specialized implementation that requires a specific wick-to-body ratio and a strong re-entry close beyond the liquidity level to filter out "fake-outs."

The Bias Badge (DR50) utilizes displacement range midpoints to determine if the current context is bullish, bearish, or ranging. Additionally, the script features a built-in Risk-to-Reward (R:R) engine that calculates stop losses based on the sweep extreme and targets either the opposite liquidity pool or the most recent swing point.

Settings

HTF Pools / Zones

  • HTF for pools: Sets the timeframe used to calculate liquidity levels (e.g., 15m).
  • L/R Pivot: Adjusts the lookback/lookforward period for pivot detection.
  • Pool rectangles: Toggles the display of price zones around liquidity levels.

Killzones & Signal Guard

  • Show Killzones: Toggles visual shading for NY session trading windows.
  • Block entries outside Killzones: Prevents signal generation when price is not in a valid session.

FVG & Entries

  • Max FVG age: Limits how many bars an FVG remains valid for entry.
  • Entry at 50% (mid) of FVG: Switches entry logic to the FVG midpoint.
  • Invalidate FVG on full close inside: Removes the FVG if price closes through it.

Filters & Quality

  • Use ATR gate: Ensures signals only trigger during periods of sufficient volatility.
  • Only accept Grade-A sweeps: Enables strict wick and re-entry requirements for sweep signals.
