The Multi timeframes RSI Screener & indicator tool provides a comprehensive view of the Relative Strength Index across four different timeframes simultaneously, allowing traders to identify momentum alignment and exhaustion points efficiently.

Usage

The indicator can be used to monitor the RSI state of multiple timeframes without switching charts. Users can visualize the RSI lines directly on the oscillator pane or use the on-screen table for a cleaner interface.

A key feature is the Convergence Warning. By selecting specific timeframes to be included in the convergence logic, the indicator will highlight when all selected periods are simultaneously in Overbought (OB) or Oversold (OS) territory. These events are marked by shapes on the chart and can trigger alerts, signaling high-probability reversal or trend extension zones.

Details

This tool implements a multi-timeframe approach using the request.security function. It includes an optional "Repaint" mode:

  • Enabled (Live values): The RSI values update in real-time as the current candle on the higher timeframe develops.
  • Disabled (Closed values): The indicator only updates once the candle on the higher timeframe has closed, preventing historical value changes but introducing a slight lag.

The screener table provides a real-time summary of the RSI value, the current direction (Movement), and the status (Overbought/Oversold/OK) for each configured period.
