The Forex bot full strategy with risk management indicator is a comprehensive automated trading solution designed primarily for major Forex pairs like EUR/USD on the 1-hour timeframe. It integrates trend following, momentum, and volume analysis to identify high-probability trade setups while managing risk through dynamic stop-loss and take-profit levels.

Usage

The strategy identifies entries based on a confluence of four technical indicators: EMA, MACD, OBV, and Parabolic SAR.

  • Long Entry: Occurs when the MACD histogram crosses above zero, price closes above the 200 EMA, the OBV oscillator is negative, and the Parabolic SAR indicates an uptrend.
  • Short Entry: Occurs when the MACD histogram crosses below zero, price closes below the 200 EMA, the OBV oscillator is positive, and the Parabolic SAR indicates a downtrend.
  • Risk Management: The strategy automatically calculates exit points using the distance between the close price and the Parabolic SAR value at the time of entry. This creates a balanced risk-to-reward ratio that adapts to current market volatility.

Details

This tool combines four distinct technical concepts to filter market noise:

  1. Trend Filter: The 200 EMA acts as a long-term trend filter to ensure trades align with the dominant market direction.
  2. Momentum: The MACD histogram determines the immediate shift in momentum required for an entry.
  3. Volume Confirmation: An OBV-based oscillator is used to detect volume divergence or exhaustion before a trend reversal.
  4. Trailing Volatility: The Parabolic SAR (PSAR) provides the final trend confirmation and serves as the basis for the dynamic stop-loss and take-profit calculations.
