This script utilizes a "Fixed Artificial Neural Network (ANN)" approach. It takes five specific inputs: tangent differences of volume, basis, upper Bollinger Band, lower Bollinger Band, and Squeeze Momentum values. These inputs are processed through a hidden layer with Tanh activation functions to produce a "Seed" value.

This Seed value represents a synthesized momentum signal which is then processed by a standard MACD calculation. The final Support and Resistance levels are triggered when a fractal price pattern (5-bar sequence) aligns with specific momentum conditions from this neural MACD output.
