The 1min Scalping indicator is a hyper-reactive trend-following tool designed for low-timeframe trading by utilizing a multi-layered EMA hierarchy to capture high-momentum swings.

Usage

The script is optimized for the 1-minute chart and focuses on the alignment of short-term and long-term trends. A trade is considered when the faster EMA band (80/90) aligns with the slower trend filters (340/500).

  • Long Entry: Occurs when the EMA 80/90 band is above the EMA 500, the EMA 340 is above the EMA 500, and price action breaks out of or retests the 80/90 band while remaining above the 325 SMA safety filter.
  • Short Entry: Occurs when the EMA 80/90 band is below the EMA 500, the EMA 340 is below the EMA 500, and price action breaks below or retests the 80/90 band while remaining below the 325 SMA safety filter.
  • Cooldown & Time Filtering: The script includes a programmable cooldown period (default 100 bars) after an exit to prevent overtrading and an optional time session filter to restrict trading to high-liquidity hours.

Details

The strategy relies on the interaction between two primary EMA groups. The 340 and 500 EMAs define the institutional-level trend, while the 80 and 90 EMAs act as a "momentum zone" for entries. By requiring price to be on the correct side of the 325 SMA safety filter, the script adds a layer of protection against choppy, sideways markets. The risk management logic is aggressive, utilizing a breakeven trigger to protect capital quickly once a move begins to materialize.
