The Buy&Sell Signals With EMA indicator is a multi-functional trend-following tool that combines moving average crossovers with multi-timeframe analysis and automated price targets. It aims to simplify decision-making by providing visual buy/sell triggers alongside critical support, resistance, and momentum data.

Usage

The tool primarily uses EMA crossovers to generate signals. When a fast EMA crosses above a slower EMA, a "BUY" label appears; conversely, a cross below generates a "SELL" label.

Upon a signal, the indicator automatically projects three Take Profit (TP) levels based on user-defined percentages. These levels are visualized as horizontal lines with labels, helping traders plan exits.

The integrated multi-timeframe panel allows you to monitor the status of RSI, Stochastic, Supertrend, and SMA across seven timeframes (1m to 1W) without switching charts. This is useful for confirming that a lower-timeframe signal aligns with higher-timeframe trends.

Details

The script utilizes five distinct Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs) to provide a granular view of market trends. By default, it looks for crossovers between EMA 1 and EMA 2.

Additionally, the indicator plots dynamic support and resistance levels based on recent high/low price action over a lookback period. The multi-timeframe dashboard uses request.security to fetch data from different intervals, applying color gradients to represent overbought/oversold conditions (for RSI/Stoch) or trend direction (for Supertrend/SMA).

Settings

FAQ

How do I interpret the multi-timeframe table? The table uses colors to represent momentum and trend. Green generally indicates bullish momentum or oversold conditions (depending on the indicator), while red indicates bearish momentum or overbought conditions.

Can I change which EMAs trigger the Buy/Sell signals? In the current version, the signals are hardcoded to the crossover of the first two EMA inputs. You can change the lengths of these inputs to alter the signal frequency.

How can I access Buy&Sell Signals With EMA? You can get access on the LuxAlgo Library for charting platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and NinjaTrader for free.
