Fibonacci Toolkit
By LuxAlgoNov 15, 2021
Fibonacci Toolkit gathers six Fibonacci drawing tools into a single indicator: retracements, arcs, circles, fans, timezones, and spirals. Set one starting point and one ending point on the chart and every tool calculates from that same pair of anchors, so switching perspectives never means redrawing your analysis from scratch.
How to Trade the Fibonacci Toolkit?
- Retracements: horizontal levels built from the chosen price points and ratios, the classic grid for locating potential support and resistance.
- Arcs: semi-circles intersecting the anchor line at ratio-based percentages, offering support and resistance that curves through time.
- Circles: the full-circle extension of arcs, drawing complete rings where price rebounds can be anticipated.
- Fan: trendlines radiating from a single point at ratio-determined positions, sloped levels for tracking direction and spotting reversal points.
- Timezones: a sequence of lines whose spacing grows with the Fibonacci sequence, used to anticipate when a trend reversal may be due rather than where.
- Spiral: a growth curve defined by the golden ratio, drawn with seven turns from the endpoint, its height set by the two anchor prices.
The arcs, circles, and fan belong to the family of Fibonacci geometry tools: levels that bend or slope through price and time instead of sitting flat.
What the Fibonacci Toolkit Shows
Only one tool displays at a time: pick it from the drop-down in the settings, and adjust the default Fibonacci ratios there to match your workflow. Everything is computed from the two user-set anchor points, which keeps each tool consistent with the others. One practical note: the spiral can show visual artifacts when fitted to certain assets such as stocks and forex pairs.
