The One Shot One Kill ICT Liquidity MMXM + CISD OTE indicator provides a comprehensive framework for identifying high-probability reversal setups based on Smart Money Concepts (SMC) and Inner Circle Trader (ICT) principles. It automates the detection of liquidity hunts, market structure shifts via Change in State of Delivery (CISD), and Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) levels using Fibonacci retracement to help traders capitalize on institutional price action.

Usage

The tool operates by identifying a specific sequence of market events in both bullish and bearish scenarios.

Bullish Setup

  1. Liquidity Hunt: The script monitors price action as it sweeps the Previous Day Low or internal swing lows, trapping sellers.
  2. CISD Break: It identifies a shift in market structure when price breaks above the designated Change in State of Delivery level.
  3. OTE Entry: Upon the structure shift, the indicator highlights Fibonacci retracement levels. A long position is typically considered when the price retraces to the 0.618 (OTE) level.
  4. Targets: Objectives are generally set at the Previous Day High or other significant liquidity pools.

Bearish Setup

  1. Liquidity Hunt: The script identifies price sweeps above the Previous Day High or internal swing highs to trap buyers.
  2. CISD Break: A bearish market structure shift is confirmed when price closes below the identified CISD level.
  3. OTE Entry: Traders look for a sell entry as the price retraces back to the 0.618 Fibonacci level.
  4. Targets: Objectives are focused on the Previous Day Low or external liquidity zones.

Details

The indicator calculates the Change in State of Delivery (CISD) by analyzing price delivery relative to previous candles to determine when the "state" of the market has flipped from sell-side to buy-side (or vice versa). The Liquidity module uses a swing detection algorithm to identify "Real" and "Considerable" liquidity levels, which are essential for identifying Market Maker Models (MMXM). The integration of Fibonacci OTE levels ensures that entries are taken within the discount (for longs) or premium (for shorts) zones of the current price leg.

FAQ

How do I interpret the CISD levels?

The CISD level represents a point where the market's internal delivery mechanism has shifted. A candle closing past this level confirms a change in market character, signaling a potential trend reversal.

What is the significance of the 0.618 level?

The 0.618 Fibonacci level is considered the core of the Optimal Trade Entry (OTE) zone, where price is at a deep enough discount or premium to offer a high risk-to-reward ratio for SMC traders.
