41-80 F&O MA Screener
Dec 12, 2023

The 41-80 F&O MA Screener indicator provides a comprehensive trend-following toolkit that combines multiple moving averages, RSI, and a multi-symbol dashboard to identify high-probability momentum shifts.
Usage
The tool is designed to identify trend alignment across multiple time-based moving averages. A "Buy" signal is generated when the fastest moving average (MA1) crosses above both the medium-term (MA2) and long-term (MA3) averages, provided the RSI is above 50. Conversely, a "Short" signal appears when MA1 is below both MA2 and MA3 while the RSI is below 50.
Users can monitor these conditions across a custom watchlist using the built-in screener table. This table highlights symbols currently meeting long or short criteria, allowing for efficient multi-asset analysis without switching charts.
Details
The script utilizes a combination of traditional technical indicators and adaptive smoothing techniques:
- Trend Smoothing: Users can toggle between standard OHLC data or Heikin Ashi candles to filter market noise.
- Linear Regression: Optional linear regression smoothing can be applied to price data to create a clearer visual representation of the trend.
- Screener Logic: The indicator scans up to 28 user-defined symbols (pre-set for Indian F&O stocks and Commodities) and updates a real-time dashboard.
