Hulk Scalper x35 Leverage
Apr 19, 2022

The Hulk Scalper x35 Leverage indicator is a systematic trend-following tool designed to identify high-probability pullback entries on lower timeframes. It integrates dual Exponential Moving Averages (EMA), the Relative Strength Index (RSI), Average Directional Index (ADX), and Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) to filter noise and capture short-term momentum shifts within a broader trend.
Usage
The strategy is primarily optimized for BTCUSDT on the 5-minute timeframe. It utilizes an EMA cloud to establish the primary trend direction and waits for a specific set of technical conditions to trigger an entry.
- Trend Identification: The indicator plots a 50-period (Fast) and 200-period (Slow) EMA. A long bias is established when the Fast EMA is above the Slow EMA, and a short bias when it is below.
- Pullback Detection: The MACD is used on a lower timeframe (typically 1-minute) to detect momentary exhaustion or pullbacks against the primary trend.
- Filter Mechanisms: The ADX ensures entries only occur during periods of sufficient trend strength (above a user-defined filter level), while the RSI confirms that the price is not overextended.
- Trade Management: The strategy includes built-in Take Profit (default 1.35%) and Stop Loss (default 1.1%) parameters. Users can also limit the number of trades allowed per EMA crossover to prevent over-trading in choppy markets.
Details
The "Hulk" logic refers to the strategy's goal of catching "strong" short-term movements against the trend. It utilizes a multi-timeframe approach by pulling MACD data from a 1-minute interval while executing on the 5-minute chart. This allows the script to react to micro-pullbacks that might not be as apparent on the execution timeframe. The visual EMA cloud provides an immediate heatmap of the distance between the two moving averages, helping users visualize the current trend's maturity.
Settings
RSI
- RSI Length: Determines the lookback period for the RSI calculation.
- RSI Top/Bottom Input: Sets the boundaries for the centered (weighted) RSI filter to ensure the price is within a neutral range before entry.
ADX
- ADX Smoothing/DI Length: Controls the periods for the directional movement index components.
- ADX filter amount: The threshold the ADX must exceed to permit a trade, ensuring the market is trending.
MACD
- Fast/Slow/Signal Length: Standard MACD parameters for trend momentum.
- Tick Amount for entry: The minimum histogram value required on the lower timeframe to trigger a pullback signal.
- MACD Timeframe: The specific timeframe from which MACD data is requested (default is 1-minute).
EMAs
- EMA Fast/Slow Length: Periods for the trend-defining EMAs (default 50 and 200).
Filters
- Limit Trades Per Cross: When enabled, restricts the number of entries allowed before a new EMA crossover occurs.
