Neural Network Buy and Sell Signals
Aug 2, 2025

The Neural Network Buy and Sell Signals indicator is a comprehensive market analysis tool that utilizes an advanced AI-driven signal scoring system to evaluate trade quality. Designed primarily for scalpers and day traders operating on lower timeframes, the script generates signals based on an ATR volatility system and then filters them through a deep learning neural network to provide instant quality assessment via letter grades.
Usage
The indicator can be used as a standalone signal generator or as a confirmation layer for existing strategies.
Signal Grading Each generated signal is assigned a letter grade from A+ to F based on a 5-layer neural network analysis:
- A+ / A Grades: Indicate high-probability setups where market structure, momentum, and state detection align.
- B Grades: Suggest confirmation in established trending markets.
- C - F Grades: Typically indicate market uncertainty or choppy conditions where signals should be approached with caution.
Candle Customization Users can decouple signal calculation from visual display. For example, signals can be calculated using Heikin Ashi data to reduce noise while the chart displays Linear Regression candles for mathematical trend visualization.
Details
The neural network engine processes inputs across five market dimensions, utilizing Z-score standardization and outlier clipping to ensure normalized data processing. This multi-layered approach analyzes:
- Market Structure: Identifying key support, resistance, and swing levels.
- Momentum: Evaluating the strength of price movements relative to historical volatility.
- Market State Detection: Determining if the market is trending or ranging.
The "Linear Regression" candle mode calculates price action based on mathematical best-fit lines, providing a smoother visualization of the underlying trend compared to standard candlesticks.
Settings
Signal Configuration
- Signal Trigger Sensitivity: Adjusts the threshold for generating buy/sell signals. Lower values increase frequency, while higher values prioritize quality.
- Stop Loss ATR Multiplier: Determines the volatility-adjusted distance for the initial stop management.
- Signal Candle Type: Selects the data source (Candlesticks, Heikin Ashi, or Linear Regression) used for signal logic.
Signal Grade Filter
- Show Grade [A-F]: Toggles the visibility of specific signal grades on the chart.
Candlestick Settings
- Candle Type: Changes the visual appearance of the candles on the chart.
- Linear Regression Length: Sets the lookback period for the linear regression calculation.
SuperTrend Stop Visualization
- Show SuperTrend Stop: Toggles a trailing stop line that appears after a signal.
- Bars Before Stop Appears: Defines the delay before the stop visualization becomes active.
- Fade Settings: Controls the transparency transition of the stop line over time.
FAQ
How do I interpret the letter grades? Grades represent the neural network's confidence score. A+ is the highest confidence, while F is the lowest. Traders often use these to filter out low-probability trades in sideways markets.
Can I use this on Crypto or Forex? Yes, the indicator is compatible with all instruments, including Forex, Crypto, Stocks, and Futures, across all timeframes.
How do I access Neural Network Buy and Sell Signals? You can get access on the LuxAlgo Library for charting platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and NinjaTrader for free.
