RSI MTF Dashboard
May 12, 2023

The RSI MTF Dashboard indicator provides a comprehensive overview of Relative Strength Index (RSI) values across five different timeframes for up to eight user-selected assets. This tool is designed to help traders gauge market momentum and identify potential trend alignments or reversal zones simultaneously across a customizable watchlist.
Usage
The dashboard allows you to monitor multiple tickers to find confluence between timeframes. Common strategies include:
- Trend Following: Looking for high RSI values across all selected timeframes to confirm strong bullish momentum for potential buy entries, or low values for bearish entries.
- Reversal Trading: Identifying extreme RSI levels (overbought or oversold) across multiple timeframes to spot potential exhaustion points in the market.
The cells in the dashboard change color based on the RSI value relative to the user-defined bullish and bearish thresholds. This provides an immediate visual representation of market sentiment across your entire watchlist.
Details
The script utilizes the request.security() function to fetch RSI data from different timeframes and symbols without needing to switch charts. It calculates a standard RSI for each combination and populates a dynamic table on the overlay. The indicator also includes built-in alert logic that triggers when any of the monitored RSI values cross the specified bullish or bearish levels.
