• Bearish iFVG: When a Bullish FVG (BISI) is formed, the tool monitors the subsequent price action. If price closes below the high of the first candle in the FVG sequence within the specified validation window, a Bearish iFVG is confirmed and highlighted in red.
• Bullish iFVG: Conversely, if a Bearish FVG (SIBI) is formed and price subsequently closes above the low of the first candle in that sequence, a Bullish iFVG is confirmed and highlighted in green.

Details

The script executes a two-step detection process. First, it identifies a standard FVG based on the displacement between the high/low of Candle 1 and Candle 3. Once detected, the script opens a "Validation Window." If the market closes past the breach level (Candle 1's boundary) within this window, the transition to an iFVG is validated. Only the first bar that confirms this transition triggers the visual box and alert, preventing repetitive signals on the same gap.
