EUR/USD: EUR USD 5 MIN SCALPING
Jan 31, 2026

The EUR/USD: EUR USD 5 MIN SCALPING indicator provides a complete intraday trading framework designed for high-frequency setups by identifying trend-aligned momentum shifts and calculating automated risk management levels.
Usage
The indicator is designed primarily for the 5-minute timeframe on EUR/USD, though it can be applied to other liquid assets like Gold or major Indices. It generates Buy and Sell signals based on a confluence of trend, momentum, and volume filters.
- Long Signals: Occur when the price is above the 200 EMA (Long-term trend), a bullish EMA crossover (9/21) takes place, and the RSI is above 50.
- Short Signals: Occur when the price is below the 200 EMA, a bearish EMA crossunder (9/21) takes place, and the RSI is below 50.
Once a signal is triggered, the script automatically plots a dashboard on the chart containing the entry price, a Take Profit (TP) target based on a 1.5x risk/reward ratio, and a Stop Loss (SL) based on recent swing highs or lows. Labels will dynamically update to show when a target or stop has been reached.
Details
The script utilizes a "Safety First" methodology by combining three layers of confirmation:
- Trend Filter: The 200-period Exponential Moving Average (EMA) acts as a directional filter to ensure trades are taken only in the direction of the primary trend.
- Momentum Trigger: The 9 and 21 EMA crossover serves as the immediate trigger for entries, capturing short-term shifts in market velocity.
- Noise Filter: The Relative Strength Index (RSI) ensures that momentum is sufficiently strong to support a scalping move, avoiding entries in exhausted or ranging market conditions.
