The ThinkTech AI Signals tool provides a structured approach to trading by integrating liquidity-based entries, ATR volatility thresholds, and dynamic risk management to identify breakout and retest opportunities.

Usage

The ThinkTech AI Signals script is designed to identify high-probability entries using two primary methodologies. The first method uses liquidity-based zones, where the script identifies potential accumulation and distribution areas that act as support and resistance. Signals are generated when price breaks out from these zones with sufficient ATR volatility.

The second method focuses on the first candle of the trading day (15-minute timeframe recommended). The script captures the high and low of this initial candle and monitors for breakouts and subsequent retests of these levels. To use this effectively, traders can look for the blue (high) and red (low) lines on the chart.

The strategy also includes built-in risk management that automatically calculates take-profit and stop-loss levels based on ATR or user-defined risk/reward ratios. Users can filter signals using volume, the 50 EMA for trend bias, or RSI for momentum conditions.

Details

The script utilizes a liquidity-based framework where the "Liquidity Base" and "Apex" represent the lowest and highest points over a specific period. This serves as a foundation for detecting breakout momentum. Additionally, the integration of ATR (Average True Range) ensures that signals only occur when price movement exceeds normal volatility thresholds. The strategy also implements a session filter to restrict trade execution to specific hours, typically aligning with peak market liquidity.

Settings

Main Settings

  • Risk/Reward Ratio: Defines the multiplier for target profit relative to the stop loss.
  • Liquidity Base Period: Determines the lookback period used to identify support and resistance zones.
  • ATR Length: The period used for calculating the Average True Range.
  • ATR Breakout Threshold: Sets the volatility requirement for a valid breakout signal.
  • Take-Profit/Stop-Loss Multiplier: Adjusts the dynamic exit levels based on ATR.

Filters

  • Enable Volume Filter: When active, signals only trigger if current volume is above its 20-period moving average.
  • Limit to Trading Session: Restricts signals to specific market hours (default 9 AM - 12 PM).
  • Use 50 EMA Trend Filter: Filters buy signals to only occur above the 50 EMA and sell signals below it.
  • Use RSI Filter: Adds momentum-based constraints using overbought and oversold levels.

Style

  • Show Liquidity Lines: Toggles the visibility of the calculated support and resistance base lines.
  • Show First Candle Level Lines: Toggles the visibility of the opening range high and low lines.

FAQ

How do I use the first candle breakout signals? Enable the "Show First Candle Level Lines" setting. The script will plot the high and low of the first candle of the session; a signal is triggered when price breaks these levels and successfully retests them.

Can I use this for any asset? Yes, though it is primarily optimized for liquid assets like indices or major forex pairs where session-based breakouts and liquidity zones are most prominent.

How do I access ThinkTech AI Signals? You can get access on the LuxAlgo Library for charting platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and NinjaTrader for free.
