The Liquidity Intelligence Entry System indicator is a multi-model market analysis framework designed to detect structured liquidity events and validate them through sixteen different confluence layers. This tool helps traders identify high-probability setups by combining liquidity sweep detection with trend confirmation, volume expansion, and market regime classification to project visual risk/reward frameworks directly on the chart.

Usage

The Usage section describes how the script identifies and validates market opportunities. Users should select a preferred "Active Signal Model" from the settings to determine which confluence conditions trigger on-chart labels and alerts.

  • Liquidity Mapping: The indicator automatically identifies Buy-Side Liquidity (BSL), Sell-Side Liquidity (SSL), and Equal Highs/Lows (EQH/EQL). Once price interacts with these levels, they are visually updated to a "Swept" state.
  • Model Selection: Users can choose from 16 different models, ranging from pure Liquidity Sweeps (LQ) to complex combinations like "LQ + Trend + FVG + Volume + RSI + Displacement."
  • Trade Projections: When a signal is triggered, the tool draws an Entry line, three Take Profit (TP) levels, and a Stop Loss (SL) based on ATR-calculated risk multiples.
  • Market Regime Filter: The tool classifies the current environment (e.g., Trend Up, Range, Choppy) to help users decide if a liquidity sweep is actionable given the broader context.
  • Performance Tracking: A real-time dashboard compares the historical performance of all 16 models on the current chart, highlighting the "Best System" based on metrics like Win Rate or Profit Factor.

Details

The script operates on a multi-layered logic workflow:

  1. Sweep Engine: It identifies pivot points and monitors for price action that moves past these levels and closes back within the range, indicating a liquidity grab.
  2. Confluence Models: Each model evaluates specific secondary filters. For instance, the Displacement filter requires the signal candle to have a significant body size relative to its total range, ensuring the reversal has momentum.
  3. Adaptive Presets: The indicator includes specialized modes (Scalping, Intraday, Swing, Funded Account Safe) that automatically adjust internal sensitivities like sweep depth, rejection requirements, and max bars in trade.
  4. Signal Quality Scoring: Every signal is assigned a score from 0โ€“100 based on how many confluence factors align with the trade direction, displayed in a dedicated UI panel.

Settings

  • Manual Model Selection: Choose the active confluence model and visual label style.
  • Virtual Trade Test: Configure ATR lengths, TP/SL multipliers, and the maximum duration for a virtual trade.
  • Liquidity Sweep: Adjust pivot sensitivity, maximum allowed sweep depth, and equality tolerances for EQH/EQL.
  • Confirmation Filters: Set parameters for the Fast/Slow EMAs, Fair Value Gap (FVG) recency, Volume SMA multipliers, and RSI thresholds.
  • Market Regime & Quality: Define ADX thresholds for trend detection and ATR multipliers for volatility classification.
  • Dashboard & Visuals: Select from three visual themes (Emerald Dark, Crimson Pro, Ice Minimal) and customize dashboard sizing.
  • Pro Alerts: Enable dynamic alert messages in Text or JSON format for automation or external webhooks.

FAQ

How do I interpret the Signal Quality Score? The score (0-100) represents the number of internal confluence factors (Trend, FVG, Volume, etc.) that align with the current signal. A higher score indicates more technical evidence supporting the move.

Can I use this for automated trading? The indicator provides dynamic alert messages in JSON format, which can be connected to third-party execution tools, though it is designed primarily as a decision-support framework.

How can I access the Liquidity Intelligence Entry System? You can get access on the LuxAlgo Library for charting platforms like TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5), and NinjaTrader for free.
