The True Low High Swing Day Trading Scalping Structure indicator is a professional 3-mode market structure dashboard that tracks confirmed swing reversals for Large Swing Trading, Medium Day Trading, and Small Scalping styles. It provides a visual framework for organizing market structure, allowing traders to identify active swing levels, directional bias, and price reactions such as sweeps, retests, or breakouts.

Usage

The Usage section describes how the script can be used to navigate market structure across different timeframes and trading styles.

  • Market Structure Identification: Use the "Large Swing" mode for primary trend structure, "Medium Day Trading" for intraday rotations, and "Small Scalping" for early short-term reactions.
  • Directional Alignment: Traders can look for confluence when all three modes align in the same direction, indicated by the alignment ribbon and confluence markers.
  • Level Quality Analysis: Monitor the status of active levels, which are categorized as:
    • Fresh: Untouched levels with the highest potential significance.
    • Tested: Levels touched a few times (customizable), suggesting active participation.
    • Weak: Levels touched frequently, indicating they may soon fail.
    • Broken: Levels where price has closed beyond the active zone.
  • Confirmation Logic: For the most realistic behavior, it is recommended to keep "Entry Price Mode" on "Confirmation Close" and "Confirm Signals Only On Closed Bars" enabled. This ensures the dashboard updates only after a swing is confirmed by subsequent price action.

Details

The indicator utilizes confirmed pivot highs and lows to define market direction. A confirmed pivot low establishes a Long direction, while a confirmed pivot high establishes a Short direction.

The script employs ATR-based swing zones, acknowledging that price often reacts within an area rather than at a single exact tick. It includes advanced logic for liquidity sweep markers (when price breaches a level but closes back within the zone) and breakout markers. The "Confirmation Close" mode calculates rotations from the candle close where the pivot becomes confirmed, providing a non-repainting historical record of trade rotation that reflects real-time execution more accurately than theoretical pivot price points.

FAQ

How do I use the dashboard for confluence? Look for the "3-Mode Confluence Marker" or the "Large + Medium Bias Background." When multiple modes align, it suggests a stronger directional trend.

Why do levels change from "Fresh" to "Weak"? The "Tested Level Max Touches" setting determines this. Once a level is touched more than the specified number of times, it is marked as weak to indicate it may be losing its structural significance.
