Liquidity Price Depth Chart
Nov 14, 2023

The Liquidity Price Depth Chart indicator offers traders a distinctive way of visualizing order book depth by highlighting the liquidity dynamics of bullish and bearish candles within your chart's visible range. This unique trading tool recalculates its metrics whenever the chart's visible range is adjusted, making it particularly adaptive to traders' needs for real-time analysis.
How to Trade with the Liquidity Price Depth Chart
This innovative trading indicator visualizes sorted prices from bullish and bearish market movements. The bullish prices appear on the left-hand side, while bearish prices are located to the right, each marked by dots connected by a line. The visual representation allows traders to quickly discern liquidity levels associated with each candle. Changes in the displacement of these lines relative to the x-axis reveal increases in liquidity, as highly displaced lines indicate a greater volume.
Notably, those areas where the liquidity lines show pronounced displacement signify potential zones of interest. These can indicate significant volume associations or possible large price movements, offering key insights into future market trends.
In addition, simply focusing on the points without connecting lines can highlight voids that might play significant roles in price action.
The highest volume points of both bullish and bearish prices are accentuated with dotted horizontal lines that act as potential support and resistance levels for traders.
Understanding Liquidity Clusters
When the Liquidity Price Depth Chart shifts from a "V" shape to more rectangular formations, it signals possible liquidity clusters. These areas highlight where prices are densely packed, pointing to zones where trader positions accumulate and potentially indicating periods of non-stationary or elevated market volatility.
Analyzing Liquidity Sentiment
Liquidity sentiment is displayed at the base of each sector in the form of a percentage. This figure indicates whether bullish or bearish price actions dominate. For instance, a visible range might show a 63.89% inclination towards bullish activity, helping traders interpret prevailing market sentiment.
