Argo I (alerts for 3commas single bots)
Oct 13, 2021

The Argo I indicator is a multi-indicator automation tool designed to generate simplified BUY and SELL alerts for 3commas single bots. It consolidates a wide array of technical indicators into a single interface to streamline bot signaling based on customized market conditions.
Usage
The script is primarily used to trigger 3commas webhook alerts. Users can select from a variety of built-in technical indicators (such as Bollinger Bands, RSI, Williams %R, and Market Cipher) to define entry and exit criteria.
Example workflow:
- Add the indicator to your chart and input your 3commas bot JSON messages in the Bot Details settings.
- Select your signal type: "Buy only", "Sell only", or "Buy & Sell".
- Configure specific indicator parameters to filter signals. The script plots values below the chart (1 for Buy, 2 for Sell) to visualize where alerts will trigger.
- Create a TradingView alert using the "Any alert() function call" condition to send the JSON payloads to the 3commas webhook.
Note: Pairs must be entered in capital letters for 3commas compatibility, and the alert will only trigger for the pair defined in the script settings.
Details
Argo I acts as an aggregator, allowing users to combine multiple conditions for deal starts and closes. It supports execution across various timeframes through its security function implementation. The script includes logic for:
- Trend Filtering: Using EMA, SMA, and Supertrend components.
- Oscillators: Leveraging RSI, Williams %R, and Inverse Fisher Transforms for overbought/oversold exhaustion.
- Volatility & Support: Utilizing Bollinger Bands and QFL (Quickfinger Luc) base-breaking logic.
- Backtesting Compatibility: The output is formatted to be compatible with third-party backtesting scripts like the Trading Parrot backtester.

No, the script is designed for single bot alerts. You must configure the specific pair in the script settings for each instance you wish to run.
