LuxAlgo Library: Trading Concepts Expansion + MCP Server

Today we are launching the largest expansion in the history of the LuxAlgo Library.

Since publishing hundreds of trading tools over the past five years, we have always had the vision for our growing Library: becoming the universal hub for all of trading and technical analysis.

Where every concept you can think of for trading is calculated and backed by real working code you can use for indicators & strategies.

Today, that vision is more or less fully realized.

The Library now hosts 861 technical analysis concepts across 17 families, from momentum, SMC/ICT, Wyckoff, volatility, Elliott Wave, and more, with near-100% indicator coverage and strategy-ready code everywhere.

And for the first time, the entire Library is accessible directly by AI agents through our new MCP server, so you can browse, explain, and build with everything we have published without leaving Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT.

Here is everything that launched today:

1.) Hundreds of New Indicators

We have added hundreds of new indicator implementations to the Library, covering every corner of Wyckoff, SMC/ICT, and virtually any trading concept you can name. If a methodology exists in technical analysis, there is now a working, documented indicator for it in the Library.

Wyckoff Distribution Schematic implemented as working code, strategy-ready

Every one of these indicators is immediately usable in Quant for building trading strategies. Simply ask "turn this indicator into a strategy".

You are not just reading about order blocks or accumulation schematics, you are one prompt away from turning them into a backtested strategy.

Near-100% Indicator Coverage, Strategy-Ready

Every concept page in the Library now pairs its definition, calculation, and trading methods with actual indicator source code, fully organized in one place.

The code is Pine Script® compatible and runs on both LuxAlgo and TradingView. Pull it straight into your editor to study it or modify it, or hand it to Quant and turn it into a backtested strategy.

This is what we mean by strategy-ready: the distance between reading about a concept and testing it on real data is now effectively zero.

Introducing the LuxAlgo Library MCP Server

The biggest unlock of this release is how you can now access all of it.

We built an MCP server that connects the entire Library to Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or any AI agent that supports the Model Context Protocol. Once connected, your AI can:

  • Browse 850+ trading concepts across 17 families — momentum, SMC/ICT, volatility, Wyckoff, Elliott, and more.
  • Explain any definition, calculation, or trading method using the Library as its source, fully organized and consistent.
  • Pull actual indicator source code (Pine Script® compatible with LuxAlgo and TradingView) straight into your editor, ready to study, modify, or hand to Quant.
Exchanges condensed for display; responses return as markdown with Library URLs

Connecting takes one click: luxalgo.com/library?connect=open

Whether you are researching a methodology, auditing how an indicator is calculated, or building a strategy from scratch, your AI now has a perfectly organized context base to do so.

Why This Matters

Most of technical analysis implementations, even on platforms like TradingView, is unorganized. Charting platforms today usually only host 50-100 "built-in" indicators that are truly standardized.

The Library fixes this by holding every trading concept ever known in history to the same standard, as a traditionally known "built-in" indicator: a clear definition, an explicit calculation, documented trading methods, and open source code you can run yourself.

At 861 concepts with near-100% indicator coverage, it is now the single most complete open resource of its kind, and it is built to keep growing.

The clickable, technical analysis corpus, functional on our Library Features page.

What's Next?

This expansion is a foundation, not a finish line. The Library, Quant, and our backtesting engine are converging into a single loop: discover a concept, understand it, generate the strategy, and prove it on data, all inside one platform, and now, inside your AI of choice.

We have more coming in the next few months that builds directly on top of this release, and we cannot wait to show you.
