Multi Ranges Volume Distribution
By LuxAlgoJul 16, 2025
Multi Ranges Volume Distribution draws up to three volume profiles side by side, one per user-chosen timeframe: daily, weekly, and monthly out of the box. Each distribution marks its range's top price, bottom price, and point of control (POC), with accumulated volume shown per row, so short-term and long-term areas of price interest can be compared in a single view.
How to Trade the Multi Ranges Volume Distribution?
- POC per range: the heaviest-traded price of each period, a key reference for support, resistance, and where each timeframe's business was really done.
- Overlapping ranges: volume concentrating at the same price across timeframes flags high-interest zones; divergence between profiles hints whether short-term speculators or longer-term participants are driving the action.
- Buy/sell split: switch the rows to separated buy and sell volume (each row color-graded by its delta) to see which side absorbed the trading at a level before counting on it as a reversal or breakout zone.
Row count is the resolution dial: more rows zoom into tighter price zones, fewer rows sketch the larger trend context.

- Distance Between Each Box: spacing between the profiles for chart clarity.
